Updates

• Fix of MOC interface
  This update fixes a problem in the way the MOC STP stream data is decoded. It also includes updated screen definitions that reflect the New Horizons settings.
  

Prerequisites
The archive is only a patch and not a cummulative upgrade. You have to have NH.4.4.0 installed before applying this patch.

Installation
The attached archive contains only the updated files. None of the instrument specific folders will be affected by this change. Please back up your current installation, remove the MOC folder, then unzip the archive into the directory that contains the 'Pluto' folder. It will overwrite several files in the Root/Common/MOC folders.

You have to replace the MOC configuration in your gseos.ini file with the following configuration settings (these settings point to the proper APL servers, please note that you can access these servers only from on-site):
