Updates

• Choose Instance Dialog
  On the choose instance dialog you can now double-click on the project you want to launch.
  
• EM-box timeout
  The EM box needs a gap of 10ms in between commands. This delay was not enforced in all circumstances, especially issuing EM commands from a STOL script. This bug leads to EM box commands being dropped. Fixed.
  
• Fast Decompression Handling
  The bit stream class used for Fast Decompression handling (PEPSSI) has been improved to handle not only bit values but also arbitrary length integer parameters.
  
• STOL Interpreter
  The change of the macro keywords from "EXE" to "EXEC" and "APPEND" to "APP" caused a bug with the STOL interpreter, this has been fixed.
  
• TC_TLM_Load
  When the Start Bit is greater than 7 add the overlap to the Start Byte value. This will generate valid GSEOS data positions for Start Bit values greater 7 (this should not be needed on New Horizons).
  A block VersionInfo is generated when the system starts. This block contains the version information of the various subsystems as well as the converted spreadsheets.

Prerequisites
The archive is only a patch and not a cummulative upgrade. You have to have NH.4.3.0 installed before applying this patch.

Notes
Please re-run the TC_TLM_Load conversion on your command and telemetry spreadsheets to get the version warnings resolved.

Installation
The attached archive contains only the updated files. None of the instrument specific folders will be affected by this change. Please back up your current installation, then unzip the archive into the directory that contains the 'Pluto' folder.
