GSEOS 5.1.245 |
Updates for R245
- Alarm Monitors.
An XML based configuration allows to easily configure Alarm Monitors.
Please refer to the documentation
for more details.
- Improved Text reference handling.
Text references are now available from Python scripts. The
.tr syntax has been updated to allow color names instead of color
codes. Text reference files are not loaded from screen files any
longer but loaded into GSEOS directly. That means when you upgrade
that you have to isolate all .tr files your screens reference
and load them in the gseos.ini file [Config]/Load section. For
more details please refer to the included
documentation .
- Larger dialog boxes for most of the block
and item related selection boxes.
- Improved startup configuration.
New gseos.ini section: [PyStartup]. This section allows to import
Python modules and execute commands at system startup. This mechanism
is preferred to using batch files (*.cpb). Please refer to the
documentation
for more details on startup configuration. The previous
section [Python] has been superseeded with [PyStartup], please
update your gseos.ini file accordingly.
Notes
- Make sure to load your .tr files from
the gseos.ini file.
- Change your [Python] section in gseos.ini
to [PyStartup]
